pastry and culinary knowledge, understanding of ingredients and flavors. Should

be creative, organized and good time manager.

Working

relationships:

Works with all

the staff involved in baking and pastry making

Work

Environment:

Indoor working, in kitchen and baking area. 

Preparation of desserts and the baking operations in a

kitchen. He or she develops dessert recipes and maintains an inventory of

ingredients, while striving to achieve cost-efficiency for the restaurant.
