Store Manager (Karachi)

Job Description:

• Directly responsible for the overall management and operation of the store, provides leadership and motivation, within the store, to promote a culture reflective of company principles core values and vision.
• Inventory management: ensures availability on shelves and inventory levels in store.
• Enforces Ebco standards for safety, health, security, cleanliness, hygiene and dress code.
• Monitor slow and fast moving items reports to the purchase dept. for the required adjustment in ordering.
• Observe and manage till operation while maximizing efficient customer check out.
• Improve and achieve department wise targets.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in industry and monitor what local competitor’s are doing?
• Manage and motivate team to increase sales.
• Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in timely manner. Develop and implement employee performance evaluation, train and counsel store employees.
• Develop a pool of potential Store Managers, Line Managers and Supervisors to meet long range growth objectives of the organization.

Exp: 5-7 years, 2-3 Manager
