Ensure the compliance of organizational policies and procedures in all administration and HR related mattersOversee all administrative functions of JHUCCP and its smooth and effective controls.Oversee all Human Resource functions of JHUCCP and its smooth and efficient operations.Identify the staff development needs of administrative functions.Ensure logistical, procurement, fleet management support to all offices & program activitiesLiaison with government departments and partners Oversee the engagement of properties on rental and on lease basis and ensure timely completion of contractual obligations and legal formalities. Maintain premises; ensure clean, safe and comfortable working environment. Maintain contacts with local authoritiesSupervise and monitor the safety arrangements for all JHUCCP personnel, property and premises. Maintain inventory record-keeping and ensure that it is updated regularly and frequentlySupervise the procurement functions including imports, develop annual procurement plan and ensure all the procurements are in line with the plan and the policies of JHUCCPPrepare job advertisements and assist management in advertising, hiring and all personnel mattersMaintenance of timesheet and all other personnel record of locally hired staff of the JHUCCP.Assist in preparation of local staff salaries, deductions, withholding salary taxes, overtime of local staff.Maintenance of all leave record, leave applications and annual leave balances of all national staff.Obtain necessary GST exemptions from the EAD on the procurement of items under USAID award.Help and arrangements staff visas.Any other Admin/HR related task assigned by the Senior Management team
