Receptionist

Relevant Experience:

A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a ReceptionistHolds Bachelor DegreeGood health and personal hygiene.Alert and vigilantBasic literacy and math skills.Good communication and IT skills.Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.

Job Description:

Supervises, leads guides and supports the cleaner/Helper and cook.Prepare time sheets for support staff.Arrange hotel reservation for field staff and track record.Support to HR and Admin for record keeping and filing.Greet and direct visitors and callers, as appropriate.Provide information about programs and services, as requested and appropriate;Operate the telephone switchboard and place calls, as requested;Maintain up-to-date and accurate phone logs;Process and document incoming and outgoing correspondenceKeep guidelines and procedures while performing any of the mentioned responsibilityPrepare mail pouches, including transmittal sheets, for field offices;Keep close contact with the courier services for safe and fast delivery of mail to the field    offices.Supervise the office stationery store, including ordering and distribution of stationery supplies and basic office equipment in coordination.Manage petty cash for kitchen.Keep record of all visitors taking meal and charge them on daily basis for food.Perform other duties, as needed or requested.
