Job Description:

ZANS Technologies have a requirement for a Web Graphic Designer/ Developer with proven experience and an online portfolio of websites.

You are an enthusiastic person who can create and code web pages, using both non-technical and technical skills to produce websites that fit the requirements.

Requirements:

- Must have previously worked in an IT services firm as a full time employee and have developed complete web sites, including web layouts and templates, banner ads, presentations etc.

Web Development Requirements:

- Experienced in Responsive Websites designing
- Drawing up detailed website specifications;
- Designing sample page layouts including text size and colors

Main responsibilities:

- Creating WordPress websites from scratch
- Customizing WordPress themes & plugins
- Convert HTML/PSD to wordpress theme
- Creating graphics like Logos, Buttons, Banners and as per website requirements.
- Designing the website’s visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements

- Identifying our needs and liaising regularly with us
- Suggesting an efficient solution as per the requirements.
- Frameout the timeline for the development / implementation
- Presenting initial design ideas
- Handing the completed website
- Post-sales technical support

Web Designing:-

- Drawing up detailed website specifications
- Designing sample page layouts including fonts, text size and colours
- Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs
- Registering web domain names and organizing the hosting of the website

Web Development:-

- Coding using a variety of software
- Working with different content management systems
- Understanding of Search engine optimization
- Meeting relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy
- Proof-reading content and grammar and making changes where necessary
- Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages
- Able to work on multiple projects
- Timely completion of websites with very high quality and attention to details
- Run quality checks before delivering the code to client

Your Application will be preferred if you have hands-on experience of designing and customization of websites on the following platforms:

- WordPress (Theme and Plugin Development)
- Magento (Theme and Plugin Development)
- Drupal (Theme and Plugin Development)
- Responsive XHTML / CSS
- Working on websites
- Designing logos
- Website editing
- Creating Application Mockups, and Website Layouts
- Creating visual content for social media campaigns, banners, posts, mobile applications etc.
