Daily Tasks:
- Ensure cleanliness
- Handling matters relating to utilities i.e. water, electricity, gas, water & telephone
- Maintaining & repair office equipments like air-conditioners, photocopier, fax machines, telephones, generator, furniture, vehicles, etc
- Stationary and stock inventory & dispatch
- Administer theft in the office.
- Ensure no loss or damage due to security laps
- Administer the record of annual, casual and sick leaves as well as attendance register
- Petty cash handling (Cash will be kept at office only).
- Security check
- Supervise filling of water tanks
- Supervise the tasks of sub ordinates
Occasional Tasks:
- Managing purchases & printing
- Arranging refreshments
- Dealing with carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters etc;
- Administer the arrangement of domestic & International travel for staff members.
- Arrangement for all business meetings both in-house & external
- Gifts arrangements
- Handling bills of vendors
- Visa & travel arrangements
- Providing services to other departments when required
