Liaison Coordinator

Term of References

Restructuring and contributed towards the development of logistics, operations, human resources, house rules, transportations, adherence to the government laws and in compliance with donor’s requirements. Ensuring monthly and quarterly reports;Preparing correspondence with government departments, ministries, international organizations,  and partners on issues pertaining to organization’s interests and to obtain services for privileged  staff and organizations;Arranging legal travel documents for expatriates staff members and their accompanying spouses and children and to brief them on local culture, traditions and values.Must be extremely good at keeping liaison with Govt. departments (EAD, FBR, District Administration, Customs Department), and Maintain the appropriate documentation, receipts and customs declaration for all fixed assets purchased inline of USAID inventory management guidelines.Inventory management is key area: keeping track of assets, Branding & Marking as per the Donor’s policy has always been ensured.Conducting benefits and compensation surveys among the sister organizations ensuring standardized benefits package in country and in the region;

Qualifications / Experience

Masters degree from reputable University.Minimum 5 years' experience related to the above duties and responsibilities, out of which 3 years’ experience should be in a similar role, preferably in development sector. Thorough working knowledge of regulations and procedures of international donors is required. Experience of working with International NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations will be a plusComputer literacy with demonstrated use of word processing, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).Excellent writing and communications skills in English.Ability to assume challenging role and independently manage the tasks pertaining to the duties stated above.
