1- Must know building 3 Tire Applications.
2- Must know how to build practical applications on MVC, j Query, AJAX, PHP, JSON, HTML5, CSS3
3- Must know how to build Social Media Applications (IFRAME, FBML), knows how to use social APIs (Facebook, GOOGLE+, Twitter, YouTube API).
4- knowledge of .NET FRAMEWORK will be additional advantage
