To support our American Client, valuable consulting company is currently seeking a permanent IT Recruiter in Karachi.
A candidate must have 3-5 years recruiting background to identify and manage IT consultants throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance.
Job Responsibilities:
Include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and negotiation compensations by using different hiring online tools.
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skill is required.
