Relevant Experience: 

Masters degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience2-3 years of relevant work experience.Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent with extensive experience.HR Experience

Job Description:

Cash management and Accounting Data Verification

Verifies and ensures all submitted receipts, reports for payments are duly approved and properly coded as per the chart of accounts and descriptions;Maintains and controls of all submissions for entry to Head office Monitors and reconciles Emergency office cash, property and financial resources. Prepares weekly and monthly cash reconciliation report of petty cash at hand for submission and takes necessary action for any difference.Check and review the head office financial documents and ensures its integrity and accuracy of cost allocation to projects.

 Preparation and Dissemination of Financial Reports

Review partner financial reports for accuracy, compliance and completenessRecord all submitted reports along with all disbursed fundsEnsure accurate advance management of Partner fundsEnsures that reports are received by respective users on time.Provide support and training to the partners in the area of finance, report revision and supporting documentation

 Human Resources Management:  

Be HR focal person in the field office and assist with managing field staff records, contracts, leaves and other HR issues as and when required. Ensure implementation of rules and regulations.Orients, trains, and coach staff; on rules and regulations.
