Office Manager

Relevant Experience:

Master’s Degree or preferably degree in Administration (MPA or MBA).At least 6 year experience in general, and 4 year of office Administration with International organization.Strong Command of English language and knowledge of Urdu and local languagesStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Male/ Female Pakistani.

Job Description:

Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.Fully Handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting into new location.Vendor Management & Office Administration (Adequacy of Stationary / Provisions / Refreshments / adequacy of Sub Staff) Courier & Dispatch (Inward / Outward / Outstation) / also making record of local maintaining).Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to Housekeeping.Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts.Keeping records of Visiting Cards, Utility Payments and Stationary.Maintaining record of AC, Cars, Pest Control, Insurance, Etc and taking care of main office and field offices.Updating Assets List of the company.Supervise inventory assistant and provide support to him in the management of FSSP inventory at field and main office level.Handling complete Facilities and infra structure of office and liaising 
with contractors and interiors for the same.Liaison with external agencies (police / municipalities / corporation / premise security agencies / Premises Co-op Society) and government bodies like CDA, EAD, MOI.Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest. Plan and implement training activities and workshops to improve logistical efficiency and effectiveness, as needed.   Assigned staff and other drivers.Develop and implement standards and systems for fleet management and the efficient use of vehicles and transportation services, in support of program objectives.Supervise administration, logistics staff at main office level and technical support to all the field admin assistants.Make visits to field office as and when required.·Make decisions on administrative issues in consultation with Deputy Chief of Party.Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Deputy Chief of Party.
