HR Role:

The purpose of the HR and Admin Manager (HRM) position is to administer and handle the human resource policies and procedures in the field offices. She/he is responsible for the HR planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, motivation, participative management and safety and health of CARE Pakistan staff.

The HRM oversees the implementation of the HR policies and advices all managers on HR issues.

Admin Role:

The Manager-Admin and HR is charged with overall planning, implementation and supervision of Sindh Office administration, specifically General Services, Property and lease management including Field Offices.

The incumbents required to keep the Deputy Director-Administration and the team lead updated on administration and bring to his/her attention policy issues affecting Administrative operation.

The incumbent has the primary responsibility of developing, recommending necessary changes on policy & procedures falling within his/her area.

As Manager-Administration and HR, you will directly oversee, plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the daily operations of administration, as well as all general services of the Islamabad office.

S/he ensures proper implementation of CARE’s policies and procedures at the office, arrange and manage all support facilities needed to support CARE programs operation

Skills Required:

**COMPETENCIES**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Urdu, Experience in human resources planning, recruitment, grievance handling staff welfare, disciplinary issues etc., proficiency in use of computer, good knowledge of labor law, good understanding of job analysis & performance management system, excellent negotiation skills, good leadership and team management skill, ability to develop and interpret policy issues and should be able to recommend necessary changes, ability to deal with critical issues, ability to be cost-effective.
