Area Sales Manager, Multicities - Engro Foods Limited

Primary Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation:

- Achievement of annual month wise revenue target of area

- Achievement of annual month wise revenue target of area

- Business Development:

- Identify potential towns for business growth

- Launch of new products and brands in existing and new territories

- Execution of trade marketing initiatives as per cycle calendar

- Efficient deployment of merchandising assets in retail environment

- Implementation of capacity building measures for better business results.

- Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure availability and display of EFL products in the outlet

- Maximize the return on fixed assets deployed in the market

- Optimum utilization of available distribution and company resources

- Timely escalation of genuine business related issues of stakeholders

- Manage the expectation of business partners

- Personnel Management:

- Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees

- Ensure compliance of operating procedures to minimize all type risks

- Manage performance related issues of employees

- Carry out proper training of resource as per plan

Desired Competencies (Skills, Knowledge, Behaviors and Qualifications)

SKILLS:

5.1 Qualification: Post Graduate as well as Bachelors from (tier 1 university only)

5.2 Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity as well as fresh (tier 1 university only)

5.3 Quality management :

· Good understanding of distribution business

· Fairly good analytical skills for better judgment

· Effective communication skills to cascade business objectives with clarity

· Forthcoming towards new colleagues
