Farm House Manager, Rawalpindi - Eqube

We are looking for a talented, proactive farm house manager who can look after our existing display center and also help to establish a large scale farm house in near future (Within 6-8 months) time.

Person must be graduate and having background or experience in particular area will be very advantageous.

Must be able to:

1. People's manager

2. Keen to details

3. Having ability to manage and administer the staff up to all levels. organize and discipline the staff and help them to achieve the daily based targets.

4. Ability to outsource the live stock and meet the required people to arrange the stocks.

5. high level ability to negotiate the deals

6. Maintaining the accounts and able to forecast the budgets

7. Maintain the security and ability to look after the future construction projects for up coming farm house projects. If not able to make research and gather data and generate the technical documents along with translated version up to all levels

8. Demonstrate the gained theoretical knowledge into practical

9. A person Marketing and sales skills will also get advantage
