Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries as and when requiredRe-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.Receive and direct fax messages.Welcome, Receive, assist and Direct Visitors to the appropriate staff member and maintain visitor log.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.Provide word-processing and secretarial support.Perform other related duties as requiredVery presentable, responsible and discipline.

Must have Excellent Communication Skills.

English writing and speaking skills are a must.

Must be proficient in operating various computer applications required to do the job.
