Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, PakistanInteraction with customers to provide information and response to customer?s inquires;Effective handling and resolution of customer's complaints;Training, developing and improving customers? skills, ensuring standardization of procedures and policies;Maintaining professional strong working relationship with external and internal customers, colleagues and management;Assisting the management and Team Manger with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required;Maintaining working cognition of each customer service process for various market segments and communicating issues to team manager;Assisting in preparing and developing the documentation of the organization?s standard policies and procedures;Salary Range: Rs. 18,000-20,000 - Willingness to discover and develop;
