Female Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
• To screen women and children for MNCH services
• To conduct birth kit demonstration, procedures of ORT center and TT vaccination in BHUs
• To submit PHC and community based activity monthly report
• To counsel women for RH including FP and child care
• To trace RH services defaulters and malnourished children during field visits
• To conduct health education sessions in the facility daily and in the field twice a week
• Liaise closely with FHS/FHWs to be informed about new births/deaths and for follow up of
clients/cases
• To perform sputum and MP tests in the field and report monthly

Qualification / Experience:
- Literate (Middle)
- 3 years experience
