Click here to view company profile. Call center agents are required for a UK outbound/inbound project. This is a B2B campaign for selling telecom products. All calls will be made against genuine leads. Inbound callers will be given product information. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can drive the company's sales high and help the company achieve its goal of making Pakistan its preferred off shoring hub. Agents will be expected to maintain the customer database and manage the CRM tools. Hours of operations will be from 2:00PM till 11:00PM, Monday to Friday. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be proficient in English and must possess a clear neutral accent. Preference will be given to those with a British accent. A base salary of Rs. 30,000 will be offered for full time work. Part time salaries will be discussed during interview. Additionally, commissions and bonuses will also be paid out.The project offers a unique opportunity for employees to be moved to the UK office based on performance.Applicants should have excellent English. British accent will be preferred and compensated accordingly. Common sense is a prerequisite and the candidate will be expected to improvise according to the customer's responses.

1. Carry sales experience with outbound calling preferably to the UK
2. Possess outstanding communications skills
3. Be very focused and hardworking
4. Ability to over-achieve sales targets
5. Be very disciplined and be able to work well under pressure
