A fast Growing Lubricant Company (ENOC - Emirates National Oil Company- wholly owned by Government of Dubai ) is looking for a potential candidate to fulfill the position of Coordinator/Deputy. Coordinator.

Who is responsible for coordination of all Marketing and Brand Dept activities.

Follow-up assigned tasks and recoveries and timely feedback to the management.
We are looking for talented and experienced person having all kind of presentation expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of brand related activities and follow up with the advertisers for timely implementation.
- Follow-up assigned tasks and reporting and timely feedback to the management
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance through MIS reporting .
-Customer Service through timely follows up with the distributors and customers for effective supply chain.
- Liaising with other line managers;
- Reporting back to senior management;
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services;
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
