Manage information collection mechanism
To ensure regular gathering of data in coordination with the field teams.Propose and establish best practices, use of devises and data gathering tools for the data collection purpose.Develop software or at least Microsoft Access base data entry systems and functions.To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database and support data entry where necessary.Develop a GIS compatible data collection system so that essential maps can be acquired, developed when needed.Analysis, warehousing and software development for the data
Establish a warehouse for the datasets, both hard copies and digital as well as backup mechanism.Establish a mechanism for the data validation, verification and controls for erros.Analyse data in the guidance of program indicators, monitoring framework and baseline requirements etc.Presentation and facilitation for data presentation and reporting
To produce analytical reports, presentations and briefs as management support tools.Assist in report writing by provision of valid quantifiable information.Relevant Experience
At least five years of proven experience with:
Establishing database in similar programs.Developing software and data storage mechanisms.Data analysis both quantitative, qualitativeInformation analysis, presentation and reporting
