Manager Consumer Sales

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Sales Activities
•Set Sales objectives in line with HQ's strategy for achievement of sales targets.
•Manage regional franchise and hire new franchise for potential markets developments
•Analyze market intelligence data and provide feedback to HQ to come up with improved sales
plans.
Oversee Marketing Activities & Commercial Branding
•Manage Events and Expos for marketing activities in region and manage merchandising of
products.
•Facilitate team for Initiation of Customer facilitation camps as micromarketing activities across
the region.
•Follow up with vendors for accuracy and timely execution of commercial branding of Retail
market, PTCL exchanges.
Supervise OSS & CSC
•Supervise One Stop Shops & Customer Service Centers in the region
•Establish CSSC by liaisons with vendors and HQ for resources such as staff, fixtures etc.
Liaison with Affinity partners:
•Handle Retail management hiring of Sub dealers, and strategize for market availability & retail
audit.
•Management of repair and maintenance of FWT at Authorized lab of Huawei and ZTE
Control activities
•Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-
efficient controls
•Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Reconciliation of stocks and delivery of Stocks to Franchises
Undertake performance management
•Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
•Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor
