Relevant Experience:
Post-Graduated qualification in Gender and Development Studies or related field.
Minimum 03 years proven experience in a similar capacity with an INGO
Proven ability of working in partnership, relationship management and budget management.
Experience of proposal development, results frameworks and donor grant management.
Excellent computer literacy and high standards of report writing

Trocaire, a development and humanitarian agency with its headquarters in Ireland, has been working through local partners in Pakistan on development and humanitarian programmes for over 35 years.
Trocaire now urgently requires the services of an experienced and dynamic person to manage its Gender Based Violence (GBV) programme.Based in Islamabad with frequent travel to project areas within Pakistan, the post holder will have primary responsibility for managing Trócaire’s GBV Programme. This will include providing technical support to partners, managing programme quality, developing policy and advocacy initiatives, budget management and reporting on results.
