To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Company in promoting and selling training courses and products to existing, new and potential clients. The individual is responsible on bringing sales to the Company by managing clients and partners relationships. To generate and build new accounts (clients and partners) while maintaining existing accounts. Promptly respond to sales inquiries and ensure proper tracking of all training opportunities. Proactive and regular update and report to be submitted to Management on sales pipeline and account plans. Follow up on all sales activities from quotation, registration, invoicing and collection of payment. Involve in preparation of sales proposal and presentations. Besides participating in sales forecasting, the individual will provide suggestion and recommendation to increase revenue and profit. Work closely with company's training consultants to update marketing goals to reflect focus on increasing sales revenue and update clients feedback to the team for any improvement. --Possess one of the following Diplomas/Certifications Sales & Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Ma nagement, or equivalent.

--Minimum 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience in the IT or training business.

--Good track record in sales and marketing.

--A team player and presentable with good interpersonal skills.

--Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

--Strong negotiation and analytical skills would be ideal.

--Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
