Essential Responsibilities
Develop mobile applications on various platformsDrive best practices, standards and guidelines on mobile technologyTransform ideas, high-level business requirements, strategies, market trends, development standards and best practices into innovative mobile solutionsCollaborate with business and cross-functional team members as neededQuickly prototype and iterate on ideasQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent5+ years of software development experience3+ years in mobile application developmentStrong HTML5, JavaScript and CSS Skills.Strong object oriented design and analysis skillsIn-depth programming experience and knowledge of: .Net FrameworkVB.Net, C#, Java or another object oriented programming language.Using platform frameworks (e.g. iPhone, Android, WebWorks)Using platform and management tools (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio, SVN, TFS)Working in an Agile SCRUM environment with end-to-end involvement.Net Remoting and Web Service techniques and strategies (e.g., XML, REST,SOAP)Architecture of client-server, multi-tier and Internet systemsWorking with databases, writing queries and stored procedures (MS SQL Serveran asset)Caching data and efficiently loading data for use (e.g., lazy loading)Frameworks such as Sencha, JQuery, KendoProgramming experience in one or more of the following:AndroidiPhone (Objective C/ Cocoa)Windows Phone/MobileExperience with technologies such as:REST/XML/SOAP Web ServicesJavaScriptCSSJSON, OdataHTML5ASP.NETWCFDesired Characteristics:
