We are an International Organization (INGO) working in the field of elections, democracy and governance in collaboration with government institutions and civil society in support of electoral reforms in Pakistan. We are currently seeking committed and energetic staff for the above position. Detailed scope of work with required skills and qualifications are summarized below:
Work timing:
This position will operate on a shift rotation basis to provide cleaning services before, during and after regular office hours and occasionally on Saturdays.Each cleaner will have a minimum of two Saturdays off per month.Duties and responsibilities:
Clean the floor, carpet in all room inside the office on daily basis.Clean tables, chairs, windows and doors and equipment on daily basis.Clean washrooms and toilets on daily basis.Maintain a reasonable stock of cleaning materials including detergent, soap and brooms.Switch on the heaters, air conditioners early in the morning.Assist in loading and unloading services as and when required.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills:
Matriculate, preferably higher secondary education.Minimum of two (2) years of work experienceCan speak basic and understand EnglishOrganized and efficientPreferably prior working experience with international organizationsDisclaimer Clause:
