Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To update activates ;
Related to discipline in Level III plan in close coordination with Discipline In-charge,Planning & FEDC Manager and Construction Manager.
Generating look ahead schedule:
To generate 3-months and 4-weeks look-ahead schedule based on updated Level III plan and work front availabilitystatus
.Forecasting of Material & Equipments:
Assist Planning & FEDC Manager to forecast requirement of material & equipment according to Level-III
plan on quarterly basis.
Identifying Requirements:
Identify and update requirement of manpower, direct material, direct consumable and equipment
based on 3-months look-ahead plan.
Generating progress reports:
To generate discipline-wise progress reports from Project Control System (PCS) on daily, weekly and
monthly basis.
Men-hours booking:
Closely monitor man-hours booking to appropriate cost centers.
Training:
Train subordinates according to company systems in order to enhance their business process
understanding.
Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:
Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability
and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies,
procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
3 – 5 Years of relevant experienceKey Skills:
