Senior Management Executive/Management Executive

Department:  Financial Services Group

Job Type:  Three Years Renewable Contract

Salary Range:  40,000 to 65,000 

Age Preference:  25 to 40 Years

Job Description

Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct desk and field appraisals

- Recommend Credit Lines

- Prepare credit plans & finalize agreements with partner organizations

- Implement, monitor and supervise activities of projects in line with the project goals and objectives

- Interact with external stakeholders

Requirements

- Qualification Required: MBA in Finance or ACMA from highly reputed university

- Experience Required: At least three years work experience preferably with MFIs/MFBs/Commercial Banks/Financial institutions of repute

- Competencies Required: Strong exposure in microfinance; professional report writing and financial analysis skills; excellent team work; strong interpersonal skills, strong presentation and communications skills; proficient in the use of MS Office

- Willingness to Travel: The position also requires extensive traveling to remote parts of the country
