Regional Sales Manager Required For a Leading Sales & Marketing Firm in Karachi for its beauty brand portfolio.

The R.S.M will be responsible for managing the sale of the companies beauty brands in the leading stores in Karachi and manage the sales and distribution team along with the hiring, training and overall management of the sales and BTL marketing team.

We are looking for sales professionals with a proven track record for sales and business development and those candidates with expertise and experience in the sales and marketing for skincare, cosmetics and personal care products will be preferred

The RSM's responsibilities include

1. Managing the sales and distribution team in Karachi

2. Payment Recovery and meeting recovery and sales targets

3. Managing the Merchandising and marketing activities in store

4. Plan store openings, create new retail and distributor relationships

5. Managing the Key Accounts, Create Merchandising and sales agreements with retailers and salons in Karachi.

6. Report directly to the C.E.O and manage the day to day sales, HR and marketing operations of the company.
