Research Officer, Multicities

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Support, monitor, and train for effective teaching/learning activities.

- Help the Coordinator Research & Learning in assignment of new facilitators including identifying shortages and proposing transfers

- Monitor facilitators and student attendance, carry out teaching learning assessment.

- Identify and recommend training needs from learning assessment in the field.

- Guide teachers/ facilitators in preparing low cost/no cost teaching materials for classroom use.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Masters in social sciences Minimum of 3 years of sector experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable.
