Senior Graphics Designer

Job Duties:

Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.Plan concepts by studying information and materials.Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.Prepare final layouts by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.Use computer software such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and Flash to generate new images, art work.??Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.??Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.??Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or supervisors and making necessary changes.Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.Produce still and animated graphics for various Ad campaigns

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in multimedia or graphics.

Skills:

Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, Handles Rejection. Good communication skills and presentation skills are a must.

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash. MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint.
