- Strategically manage a team and the responsibilities that come with it.

- Respond to customer inquiries, complains, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines.

- Provide Pre and Post Sales Support to customers over emails and phone.

- Get abreast of ROZEE tools and services

- Perform customer verification

- Able to use company provided software tools

- Proofread content before it goes Live over the website

- Follow-up on missing information by the employers

- Deal directly with customers over the phone and via e-mails

- Keep records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and take action accordingly

- Create and maintain warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using ROZEE products
