Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive for our state of the Art High End Audio Visual store based in Zamzama Karachi called SMART LIFE. The store will maintain very high international standards and as a Sales Executive you will be responsible for all the functions of retail sales and providing excellent customer services and after sale service to the customers.

Key responsibilities

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;

- Closing sales;

- Gathering market and customer information;

- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;

- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

- Advising on new products and discussing special promotions;

- Liaising with logistics to check the progress of existing orders;

- Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;

- Recording sales and order information and its admin.

- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' needs and requirement and advising a matching a solution.

- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;

- Feeding future buying trends back to the company;

- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

- Maintaining and exceeding service levels set by the company.
