Online Customer Support Representative, Karachi - Nybble Tech

Full Time/Permanent ( firstshift )

Nybble Tech, a website agency located in Karachi which has clients all over the world including USA, UK, Australia and Middle East needs a dedicated Customer Support Representative which can interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services through online web chat, email and telephonic calls.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Deal directly with customers either by web chat, emails or telephone calls.Respond promptly to customer inquiriesDeal with complaints in a professional and timely fashion.Handle and resolve customer complaintsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaintsPerform customer verificationsProcess orders, forms, applications and requestsDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourcePeep records(logs) of customer interactions and transactionsRecord details of inquiries, comments and complaintsRecord details of actions takenCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsFollow up on customer interactionsReport to Project Manager for all Queries

Education and Experience

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalentKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applicationsAbility to type fastNumeric, oral and written language applicationsProduct knowledge (Relevant training will be provided)
