Water Treatment Process Design/Environmental/Mechanical Engineer, Jeddah - Water Treatment Services and Consultancy

- Study and understand contract technical specification related to plant proces

- Ability to prepare process calculation including Equipment sizing BEP, PFD, P&I water and Mass Balance etc.

- Supervise and lead the design engineers during the detailing of engineering during project execution, involving verification of compliance with criteria stipulated by clients and the applicable authorities

- Provide information to the proposal and project team with regards to all aspects of process engineering.

- Selection of suitable process system to achieve required product results based on characteristics of raw water/sewage specified in contract documents, (If process system is not specified in the contract)

- Preparation of process calculations for STP/WTP/ WATER FILTRATION PLANTS (R.O, ETC) and sizing of different plant units.

- Assist Plant startup and performance testing as and when required.

- Preparation of hydraulic calculations and preparation of hydraulic profiles.

- Preparation of general layout plans in light of contract specification and flexibility in operation and maintenance works.

- Associated process piping design & engineering

- Preparation of P&I Diagrams in coordination with mechanical/electrical engineers.

- Coordination with related client/consultant engineers to approve process/hydraulic calculations.

- Preparation of operation philosophy to achieve product requirements.

- Study laboratory analysis results to assure compliance with contract specifications.

- Command on CAD software for design

- Installation Erection & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant at site

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

- Good command over written and spoken English.

- Good skills at MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and AutoCad.

- Hands on experience with engineering drawings, site layout, process calculations is a must.
